A highlight of the Hatfield Broad Oak calendar is the Flower Festival and 10k Road Race held over the late spring bank holiday weekend.

In 2007 the race is on Monday 28th May.

Over 1000 runners follow an undulating SEAA approved figure-of eight route.

Electronic Champion Chip timing will be used for the first time this year.

There is also a children’s 1 mile fun-run after the main race.

For the whole weekend you can enjoy the flower festival complete with bbq, stalls, children’s entertainment and much more.
