A charitable company is being established to run the village green on behalf of the community.
The HBO Village Green Co. needs representatives to sit as directors on the board of this company.
The role will be similar to that of a trustee with limited liability.
Being a director should not be too time consuming once everything is set up,
but it does require a sense of responsibility for the valuable asset being created.
